سیستم‌های بک‌اندی می‌سازم که وقتی داده بزرگ می‌شود، درست باقی می‌مانند. دو سال و نیم گذشته را روی یک پلتفرم باشگاه مشتریان و CRM کار کرده‌ام با حدود ۲۵ میلیون مشتری یکتا و ۸۰۰ میلیون رکورد فاکتور: بازنویسی از .NET Framework تا .NET 9، بازطراحی اسکیمای SQL Server زیر آن، و تفکیک سیستم به سرویس‌های دامنه‌محور روی RabbitMQ و gRPC. استک دوم من پایتون و FastAPI است.

Experience

1. .NET Developer

   Smart X Tehran

   November 2023 — March 2026 2 yrs 5 mos

   Primary developer on a B2B2C customer loyalty and CRM platform holding ~25M unique customers and 800M invoice records, owning architectural decisions and implementation approach.

   • Modernised .NET Framework 4.7 → .NET 8 → .NET 9 as a refactor, not a port.
   • Rebuilt large parts of the SQL Server schema on a live database at that volume, working through repeated locking and blocking to a migration strategy that held.
   • Systematic performance work; page data loads up to 30x faster.
   • Led the move to a domain-split modular architecture — vertical slice over Clean Architecture, RabbitMQ and gRPC between services — ~70% complete at departure.
   • Customer segmentation including RFM, multi-tenancy, event-driven flows.
   • Onboarded and mentored the two engineers who joined the product later.

   Backend work for clients alongside my main role: Python and FastAPI services, REST integrations, and LLM API integration (OpenAI, Gemini), deployed with Docker.

3. actpact — a habit and challenge tracker for Iranian users

   A habit and challenge app with the Jalali calendar underneath it rather than on top of it: Farsi UI, right-to-left throughout, and an SMS login that needs no email address.
